Frequently asked questions

Can I make them egg-free?

It's difficult without eggs as they bind the batter. Try soaked chia seeds as a substitute (1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water).

How much protein per serving?

About 20 g protein from the eggs and oats.

Can I add protein powder?

Yes, add one scoop to the mix. You may need a splash more milk for consistency.
