Frequently asked questions

Is sweet potato better than bread?

It has more fibre and vitamins than white bread, but it's not a complete swap for wholemeal bread, which has more protein.

How thick should the slices be?

About 1 cm — too thin and they break, too thick and they won't cook through.

Can I use an air fryer?

Yes, and it works great! 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
