Tip

Use only a little milk so the texture stays thick enough for a spoon.

The creamy-texture secret

Frozen banana is the trick โ€” it gives an ice-cream texture. Slice bananas and freeze overnight.

Variations

  • Try frozen mango
  • Add cocoa powder for a chocolate version
