Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Pané Without Frying

By the Healthy Plate team

Baked Chicken Pané

Fried chicken pané soaks up a lot of oil. In the oven you get almost the same crunch for far fewer calories, and a yogurt marinade keeps the breast tender.
