Frequently asked questions

Can I use frozen prawns?

Yes — thaw overnight in the fridge or under cold water for 10 minutes. Pat dry before cooking.

How long should I cook the prawns?

2–3 minutes each side on high heat. When they turn pink and curl, they're done.

What can I use instead of avocado?

Diced mango gives a similar texture with a sweet note that pairs well with prawns.
