Frequently asked questions
Does it have to be Greek yogurt?
Ideally, because it's thicker. Regular yogurt is too thin and won't freeze with a nice texture.
How long does it keep in the freezer?
Up to a month in an airtight bag or container.
What's the best fruit to use?
Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and figs all work well. Avoid high-water fruit like watermelon.
